In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us

For any inquiries or problems associated with a shipment (damaged, incorrect or lost order claims), contact us at support@1-stop-health-shop.com. Do note that all damaged or incorrect products have to be returned (when applicable and only after you have contacted our support) in there original packaging and the return shipment should include a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the problem. Once your return shipment has been received, we will process your refund immediately.
The 1-stop-health-shop “Free Shipping” offer is for all orders. Any shipment returned, marked as “not able to deliver” are exempted from this offer. Re-shipment will only take place after shipping costs have been received. If however you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price minus the returning shipping cost that have occurred.
